ABOUT ARF SEPA   >   BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ARF SEPA is governed by an Advisory Board of Directors comprised of members of our community with significant business and/or nonprofit experience.  ARF SEPA believes that board members must have business and/or nonprofit experience and must concur with the values and positions of ARF SEPA.  If you or someone you know has an outstanding resume and a love of companion pets, please contact ARF SEPA through our web site at www.arfsepa.com, via telephone at (610)994-4300 or fax at (610)994-4334.  Please note that board members may also serve as volunteers within ARF SEPA, however volunteer commitment is not a requirement for board membership.

Board President, Joseph Arbuckle
Joe has served southeastern Pennsylvania for many years in the academic and nonprofit environments. In addition to serving as Associate Professor of Physics at Widener University in Chester, PA since 1963, Joe has also served as Assistant Provost of the University. Joe served as a board member at a local SPCA, as well as volunteering his time in numerous church- and community-related activities. Joe and his wife Maggie have an adopted shepherd/husky mix named Gracie that they rescued from a local public shelter.
