Burrell
Burrell is the sweetest dog. This gorgeous 8-year old Australian cattle dog / shepherd mix is fantastic with adults, kids, other dogs and even cats. He just wants to be petted and loved (and to get a snack or two!).
ARF rescued him from a local SPCA when we saw this sweet senior in the kennel. Seniors can sometimes be put down first at shelters, so we try to rescue them whenever we can.
Burrell goes for walks like other dogs, he plays with other dogs and he even likes to hop up on the couch and snuggle. He's mobile, sweet and friendly with everyone. Burrell also loves to give kisses, and he's been great with the 18-month old boy that he lives with in his ARF foster home. He lets the kids pet him and Burrell really seems to enjoy it.
If you're looking for a calm dog as a companion then Burrell is the dog for you.
