ARF SEPA's veterinary fund also has a component called "Second Chance" to help at-risk pets in getting veterinary care. When funds are available, ARF SEPA may be able to assist in a pet's getting veterinary care. This program is especially important to help those on fixed incomes, such as senior citizens, whose only companion may be their dog or kitty. Distribution of funds is at the sole discretion of ARF SEPA and depends on availability.
